Le 15 juillet dernier, les Pet Shop Boys ont effectué un retour triomphant avec un nouvel album studio intitulé Electric, le premier à paraître sur leur propre étiquette de disque x2 et le premier à être réalisé par Stuart Price. L’album a d’ailleurs reçu d’excellentes critiques:
